During my New Year's stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel's wide range of breakfast options and the cozy atmosphere in the lobby bar area. the hotel's location close to the ski slopes made it easy for us to hit the powder as soon as we woke up. Another great feature of the hotel was the heated pool, which was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of skiing.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that didn't quite meet our expectations. some areas of the hotel were uncomfortably warm, which made it difficult to relax in our room.

The Korean restaurant had friendly staff and decent food. Location-wise, it was conveniently placed. the room and bathroom were comfortable and well-maintained. the breakfast had a good variety of options.
The hotel lacked attentive service in certain areas of the property.

The executive king room was well-furnished and up to standards. The breakfast and lobby bar area were both very enjoyable.

The Christmas decorations were impressive and gave the hotel a festive feel. The complimentary shuttle bus was convenient for getting around the area. The on-site restaurant had a good selection of wines.
The service level was underwhelming, with staff lacking basic etiquette. The breakfast restaurant was not clean and the staff was not attentive. The location was inconvenient for skiing compared to other hotels in the area. The prices for the hot springs were too high.

With palatial decor and upscale amenities, this hotel offers a luxurious stay. We were impressed with the spa lounge, complete with a sauna and steam room. the seasonal indoor pool was heated to perfection, and the sun terrace offered stunning mountain views.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in the snack bar. Nevertheless, the restaurant more than made up for it with their delicious cuisine and impressive wine list.
